All throughout the series she keeps asking me questions (asking for spoilers) but for the most part I just told her no. I am excited to get to the finale to see how she will react. My girlfriend and I are going through season 4. I think I flipped out and walked all around my apartment, thinking about it far too much and probably crying again. When I watched it, I was in shock and cried. We finally watched the season 4 finale this weekend. I am getting my girlfriend caught up on the series in anticipation of the new season. How did you react? Did you like her? When not, why?

However, how did you all react? Sad, happy, did you knew it or was it a full surprise? Did you like her? When not, why? (Sorry if this had been discussed before) Here in Germany season 5 comes out on dvd on october 4th. I really really liked Rita, she was so adorable and really fit to Dexter (+ family & all. When Dexter heard Ritas message I completely flipped out. But when Dexter threw Trinity in the ocean I thought maybe a plane crash is gonna kill her. until Rita sat in the taxi, I was completely relaxed. While watching the episode I waited for Trinity to come and get her. I hoped I missunderstood something or her death was in season 5 or something like that.
I knew that Julie Benz left the series and some stupid f*ck on Amazon spoiled a bit, but Ritas death kicked me out of my socks.
I'm more the type for tv-series than for movies. Well, I discovered Dexter a little more than a month ago and I really love this show.
